Oh, I haven’t even started on this time-consuming task and the deadline is in few days time. I need to hurry to Point B in 30 minutes during peak hour. I need to produce the best results within a limited time to avoid spending more time on amendments. Shall I stay or leave my job? Time passes so fast and it’s already end of the day/week yet nothing much has been done. I want to complete it but there are just way too many distractions and clutters to steal away my focus and commitment. Reminders after reminders have been given yet not much has been done…
Do all these sound familiar to you? I have experienced all these and I really hate the intense feeling it creates. It is not a pleasant feeling, a feeling that sucks out every energy, life and health out of me. No matter how much I struggle to contain the feeling (via motivational quotes, meditation, relaxation, hobbies etc), it just hit back now and then as only the immediate symptoms were solved but not the root problem. What’s more, it definitely brings my risk of heart disease to a higher level (heart disease runs in my family from my grandmother to my aunty to my father).
Sometimes, I question why we need to move fast, why some just move slowly causing disruption to the process, what’s my purpose here etc…
Few weeks back, I was given the opportunity to attend a talk on 3-Dimensional Heart Care by Dr. Satish Kumar Gupta. It was a thought-provoking talk by Dr. Satish…

Starting from this point, I began to understand holistic way to health.
"If we are angry, our blood flow will be disrupted for 3 days. If we are stress, our blood flow will be disrupted for 5 days." And imagine, if you have been living under constant stress for years.
Causes of decreased in relaxation period (first sign of heart disease):
* Decreased relaxation of heart – heart is already tired before each beat
- Extra pressure of modern fast paced life
- Stress & strains
- Hurry sickness
- Aims to achieve excellence in a short period
- Anger, anxiety
- Fear, insecurity
- Sensitive & emotional behaviour
also include:
- Physical stress – lifting weight, climbing stairs, running
- Mental stress
- Exposure to extreme cold or hot weather
What I and everyone needs to do is to “Dis-eased coronary artery” as angioplasty & bypass will only be able to treat symptoms, not the root problem, thus there are possibilities of recurrence of blockage/angina.
Health is a dynamic process of harmony in flow of spiritual, mental & physical energy.
HEALTHY = HEAL + THY self
HEALTHY = SWASTH = SWA (innerself/soul) + STH (conscious)
HEALTHY = SOUL CONSCIOUS
Heart, the centre of love and security…
Breathe in (expand your stomach), breathe out (flatten your stomach), breathe in, breathe out…
Relax, relax, relax, relax, relax…
